Food from the Heart

My name is Mayda Rodriguez. I was born in Monclova, Mexico. I have spent my life learning the history and heritage of Mexican food from my grandmother's kitchen to 5 star restaurants. I want to share with you my passion and skill from Mi Casa Tu Casa.

I provide both large and small scale catering for parties, office gatherings, and social events. 

I also am available for cooking classes to teach traditional Mexican food preparation in a family style setting.

Our Etsy store is available to purchase our salsas, biscochitos, and other fine foods.

Finally I am also providing lunch menus for delivery.

While my specialty is Mexican food I also have 25+ years of experience in a wealth of culinary backgrounds including: Italian, Cuban, Latin American, and American cuisine.
